Business Environment Institution, a not-for-profit entity that supports the conduct of business in a wide range of activities. The company was established by an Act of Incorporation on November 8, 2012 by the Mayor of the City of Opole. Municipality The City of Opole is a 100% shareholder in the company. PNT in Opole is a place of cooperation between science and business, and creates opportunities for the search for and implementation of new technological solutions at the interface of these two worlds. It also creates favorable conditions for the economic and scientific development of the city of Opole and the entire region by helping already existing as well as newly emerging initiatives. The company is a platform of cooperation for the business and scientific communities, and indirectly creates new jobs for young people educated at Opole's universities. Thanks to the establishment of the Park, Opole's pro-innovation companies gain access to specialized research laboratories, advanced ICT environment, high-standard office premises and all other necessary infrastructure and services needed to conduct business, to the benefit of the local communities of the city and region.

Development
development of the idea related to product preparation, expansion into markets and implementation. Six implementation facilities, each with an area of 1,000 sqm and office facilities, have been prepared for companies to meet its needs.
PNT infrastructure includes four buildings. The business incubator provides patent attorney, virtual office, incubation and office space rental services. The Laboratory and Experimental Facility includes four experimental halls and laboratory rooms. The second stage of the expansion of the PNT was the construction of the High IT Building and the Engineering Design Center with an integration zone. The facility houses one of Europe's most modern Data Processing Centers, which was the first in Poland to earn Rated 3 certification. The latest phase is the construction of the Implementation and Office Support Building, which was completed in June 2019. It is nearly 8800 square meters of floor space, including six modules of implementation halls with administrative, sanitary and social facilities, as well as office space of varying size.
An important area of PNT's activities is the work of R&D Increasing the innovative potential of the region. This activity is carried out in a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the smart specialties of the Opole region.
